In our busy lives, we often long to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, find a piece of pure land, and have an intimate date with nature. This time, my friends and I chose Mount Siguniang and embarked on an autumn hiking and camping trip, with the purpose of witnessing the legendary Rizhao Jinshan with our own eyes.
Autumn in western Sichuan is like a colorful picture. We arrived at Siguniang Mountain, full of expectations for the unknown. Known as the "Alps of the East", Mount Siguniang has attracted countless outdoor enthusiasts with its rugged terrain and beautiful scenery. We chose Changpinggou as the hiking route and headed towards the wooden mule camp at the foot of the snow-capped mountains.
During the hike, we enjoyed the scenery along the way and listened to the music from the earphones. This experience of enjoying music while being aware of the surrounding environment makes us more immersed in the embrace of nature. As we moved forward, we gradually approached the snow-capped mountains, and we couldn't help but feel an inexplicable excitement in our hearts.
We arrived at Moros Camp in the evening. Here we set up our tents and prepared for the night. When night fell and the stars were shining brightly, we sat around the campfire and shared our stories and feelings with each other. At this moment, we seem to be integrated with nature, feeling unprecedented tranquility and relaxation.
However, camping isn’t always so smooth. Due to the sudden change in weather, we encountered a sudden rain. Although a bit embarrassing, the rain made us cherish the time spent with nature even more. Camping, cooking, and chatting in the rain, these experiences have become precious memories for us.
The next morning we had planned to enjoy the magnificent sunrise. However, a sudden heavy snow disrupted our plans. Although we missed the sunrise, when we stepped out of the tent, we were amazed by the sight before us. I saw the snow-capped mountains in the distance shining under the sunlight, as if covered with a golden coat. This is the legendary Rizhao Jinshan! We all took out our mobile phones to record this heart-shaking moment.
This hiking and camping trip to Mount Siguniang was very fruitful for us. We enjoyed the majestic scenery of nature and the joy of outdoor activities. During the hike we learned to appreciate the beautiful scenery around us and listen to our inner voices. At the same time, this experience also made us cherish the time spent with nature and the friendship between us even more.
Finally, I want to say: Life is a journey. We should bravely step out of our comfort zone to explore unknown areas and experience different lifestyles. Only in this way can we continue to grow and progress and live a more exciting life!
