Allow yourself to feel uncomfortable, allow yourself to go crazy: accept the diversity and ups and downs of life

Have you ever been anxious about everything in life? Have you ever blamed yourself for not being able to stay energetic all the time when you were not feeling well? Today, I want to share with you a story about accepting yourself and following the laws of nature.

The root of anxiety: not accepting yourself

We often feel anxious because we cannot accept our state of affairs. Just like me, I once had a period of low energy and felt that I had fallen into the trough of life and emotional internal conflict. At that time, I always wanted to live somewhere else, travel, and exercise, hoping that through these methods I could get rid of the troubles in my heart. But a year later, I gradually understood that the anxiety and subjective feeling that I was in a bad state largely stemmed from not accepting myself.

Follow nature and accept the diversity of life

In the journey of life, we will always encounter various ups and downs. Sometimes we are energized and creative; other times we are at a slump, feeling exhausted and powerless. But these are normal cycles of life and we cannot avoid them. I began to learn to follow the laws of nature, the ups and downs of life, and the fluctuations of emotions. I no longer force myself to maintain a high-energy state, but instead allow myself to feel uncomfortable and go crazy.

Self-acceptance, less self-blame and exploration

In the process of accepting myself, I found myself blaming myself and being less critical of myself. I began to pay more attention to my inner needs, cherish my relationships with others more, and enjoy every moment of my life more. I am still exploring my own boundaries, but I am no longer doing it to prove myself, but to understand myself better and live a more authentic and complete self.

Love yourself and enjoy the journey of life

Now, when I fall into an emotional low or a life that seems undisciplined, I tell myself: It doesn’t matter, this is a journey and a part of the game. I go to experience it, to feel it, because I know that new plots will always come. The world is a large playground, let's have fun together!

Conclusion: Allow yourself to live your true self

Allowing ourselves to feel uncomfortable and crazy does not mean that we give up on ourselves, but that we learn to be more tolerant of ourselves. We no longer live to meet the expectations of others, but to live our true, flesh-and-blood selves. When we can truly accept and love ourselves, we can bravely face all challenges in life and live a more exciting and meaningful life.
