Living a peaceful life, where is the way back?
In the fast-paced modern life, finding a peaceful place to lie down has become the yearning of many people. However, when I actually started looking for it, I realized that such a place was not easy to find. As a self-media creator, I am also exploring this road to peace. Today, I want to share my experience and insights with you.
I remember that at this time last year, I found a resort in Rushan, Shandong, where there were few people, beautiful scenery, and low rent, which made me feel the tranquility I had not seen for a long time. However, as time goes by, I find that there are fewer and fewer such places. So, I started searching online, hoping to find a second "Rushan".
After a long search, I compiled a list of low-cost resorts in the country. Among them, Sumadang near Sima Zang Scenic Area, Moudao Town, Lichuan City, Hubei Province caught my attention. It is located on a high mountain with an altitude of 1,500 meters. In summer, the temperature is only over 20 degrees, making it a natural summer resort. However, when I actually arrived here, I found that the rent here was extremely high. The house prices were low but the rent was high, which made me doubt the peaceful life here.
Later, I came to the area near Phoenix International Resort in Xishui County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. It is also located on a high mountain with an altitude of more than 1,000 meters. It is inaccessible and has fresh air. However, there are few housing management stores here, and the owners are unwilling to rent short-term, which makes me feel the hardship of finding a place to lay down again.
In the next few days, I went to several places in succession, but all ended in failure. Until I came to the southwest of Sichuan Province, at the foot of Mount Emei. There are many resort hotels, apartments and high-end communities here, but the rent is surprisingly low. Here, I found a one-bedroom house with a monthly rent of only 810 yuan. The community is quiet and tidy, with beautiful environment and complete living facilities, making me feel unprecedentedly comfortable and comfortable.
However, while enjoying this tranquility, I also discovered an interesting phenomenon. Although the house price here is as high as 12,000 per square meter, the rent is so low. After some research, I discovered that there was an unknown secret hidden behind it. It turns out that the owner here signed an agreement with the hotel, handing over the house to the hotel for operation, and the income generated will be divided into 40 and 60 parts. Although this business model ensures stable income for the owners, it also results in low rents.
During these days at the foot of Mount Emei, I felt unprecedented tranquility and comfort. However, I also realized that living a peaceful life is not as simple as finding a place to settle down. It requires us to deeply understand the local culture, economy and lifestyle, and find a lifestyle that truly suits us.
Looking back on my journey to Lingping, I deeply understand the hardships and difficulties in the search process. But it is these experiences that make me cherish the peace and comfort in front of me even more. What I want to say is that living a flat life is not out of reach. As long as we search, experience, and understand with our hearts, we will definitely find our own piece of sky.
