Two months ago, EVGENII ANIKIN devoted himself to his SaaS project and recently welcomed his first customers! Although the income was only $165, of which $116 was sustainable income, this was not a life-changing amount, but it was the first victory in his entrepreneurial journey and brought him indescribable excitement and joy. He celebrated his first income for an hour.
The SocLeads service focuses on extracting emails and phone numbers from platforms such as Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn using keywords and tags. EVGENII created this marketing tool to streamline the lead generation process for his own hackathons. It won’t be until early 2024 that this idea will truly turn into reality.
Initially, he planned to collaborate on the project with a childhood friend, a skilled developer, but his friend chose to go it alone, and EVGENII became determined to prove its worth.
Fortunately, he found a developer who could create a minimum viable product (MVP) for $1,300 in two weeks. Although he has some understanding of development, the process can be challenging for those without an IT background.
He realizes that marketing is much harder than development and that creating a sellable SaaS product from the start is a complex task, and he is currently looking for a financially viable marketing strategy.
