Entrepreneurship practice sharing: How to obtain the first consumers in a small town in Germany through resource integration

Hello everyone! My name is Moritz Hofmann and I recently started a new service. In short, I search for and contact psychiatrists for end consumers in Germany and create a list of psychiatrists currently accepting new clients. Most psychiatrist appointments in Germany are overloaded because all insurance companies will pay for a psychiatrist once they prove you need one.

I sold listings for my hometown "Münster" in a mental health WhatsApp group of 20 people. 3 members of the group bought the list, so I earned €80, which shows that there is demand (15% of people bought the list!).

I then tried creating a Google Ads campaign. I spent 240 euros and didn't even make a purchase.

My website is https://alwaysopen.me .

For people in WhatsApp groups, I don't even use the website.

Do you have any suggestions?

I think I might need a marketing partner so we can end up being three partners:

  1. Marketing and/or Sales (CMO/CSO)
  2. Developer (CTO)
  3. Me (Product Person/CEO)

Through communication with the group, I gained recognition from the first three clients, but Google Ads really had no effect. If you have insights in this regard, please share your thoughts in the comment area.
