I returned to Beijing after the holiday and started going to work today. It’s time to set a flag again in the new year.

Goal 1: Develop 12 products independently in 2024, realize product monetization, and strive to achieve half of the salary level;

Levelsio, the ceiling of independent developers, has produced more than 70 products (as of November 21), but only 4 of them have achieved sustained user growth and brought considerable revenue. So quick verification is a necessary process. For most developers, it is difficult to develop independently, let alone rapid verification. In particular, it is not just product development itself, but also SEO, business resource negotiation, network attack prevention, account system, domestic/overseas payment system, advertising system, multi-language support, and the disgusting how to create a business without registering it. At present, the basic construction of the site has been completed, and Google Ads is under review. We will continue to optimize SEO in the future.
• www.indie123.com I just registered the domain name today. I plan to build an independent developer community, where I will share the problems I encounter in each project and how to solve them. There is nothing now, not even the functional requirements have been thought out clearly. Because I don’t really want to use wordpress, I will most likely use django to develop directly.

Goal 2: Lose 15kg in half a year, currently about 80kg, target 72kg;

Goal 3: Let the children transfer to their favorite private kindergarten this year;

Among the 12 products, I will probably make at least one product related to children’s education.
